We’d really welcome your views on something. If you’re not home, should we leave your groceries on your doorstep? We currently don’t do this because we want certainty that your cold stuff gets to you cold and your frozen stuff frozen, straight from our chilled delivery vans. We also don’t want to risk the danger of theft or animals eating it. However, it still leaves a customer without their shopping. Before we make a decision on changing this policy, we really want to know if this is a concern for you, our customers, and if it is something you want.
