My kids love anything with mince in it; burgers, rissoles, tacos, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, meat balls, meatloaf, san choy bau – the list goes on. The other day I was talking with a friend about my kids love of mince and she was raving about a new dish: tortilla pie.
