It’s hard to beat the classics so keep it traditional with decadent chocolate mousse and brownies. Teamed together they are decadent dessert.
Layer crumbled brownie in a glass or parfait. Next, put your mousse into an icing bag (or a ziploc and clip one corner off for a makeshift pastry bag) and use to fill each parfait glass 3/4 of the way full. Top with fresh whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate.

Impossible pies are perfect for those times when you arrive home and haven’t had a chance to think about dinner. The beauty of these pies is that you don’t need to be a pastry chef.
