The Cheat’s Gourmet Pizza Recipe

Blog-Pizza-Thumb My conscience won’t be clear until I get this off my chest… this recipe is a complete cheat.

In fact, from here on in I will no longer use the word ‘recipe’.

You see, for me the best type of cooking uses loads of flavour and fresh produce but bypasses copious amounts of time and effort.

Adding the word ‘gourmet’ to a dish seems to implicitly add time and effort to the equation so I think it’s about time we created a cheat.

I looked at the list, and one item in particular stood out as I had never heard of it before.
