In March, Coles launched Australia’s first Supermarket Click and Collect service, from our Darwin Casuarina store. This has been quickly followed by the second Click and Collect service operating from the Coles Westcourt store in Cairns
As my wife will attest, I’m not the romantic type. For years, all she ever wanted from me was some flowers, but as we met at University (and the financial restraints that come with that), short of picking my own from gardens in the middle of the night, it was not to be.
One of the options available when you shop online is to have “substitutions” allowed for your order. Simply this means if a product you ordered online is out of stock, rather than not deliver the product your personal shopper will select a different brand or size that is similar enough to satisfy your order.
