A very vanilla custard slice

The other day I discovered that my cousin is in love with custard. He would rather eat custard than anything else in the world. Recently I asked him to help me with a few things and he was very kind to assist so I thought I best repay him with equal kindness. I decided to try my hand at making a vanilla custard slice. Payment in vanilla custard slice is the tastiest kind of payment, especially since my cousin loves custard so much.

A 3 Part Summer – Dessert

DessertWe’ve got through the salads, felt patriotic and fired up the BBQ, the cricket is already 10 overs in and somehow we want to make room for some more food on this Australia Day. The Best Festive Dessert

For the third entry in my continuing series of attempts at recreating some of the recipes from the Coles Christmas Magazine, I’ve turned a little sweeter. I’ve already claimed victory over Christmas Cocktails, and had a crack at the crackling, but now it’s time to move on to dessert and probably the most visually challenging recipe I’ve attempted.
