The Ultimate Peri Peri Chicken Burger with Tzatziki and Kumara Chips
With Australia day coming up I got to thinking about food I could make for my mates. Since i’m originally from New Zealand, I thought I’d put a bit of a Kiwi spin on things and make Kumara chips to pair with a good old spicy Aussie burger.
The Coles Grilled Range is great for barbeques with an awesome variety of cuts and flavours. My personal favourite is an oldie but a goodie that can be easily adapted for either a great dinner or a smash hit on the BBQ, Coles Grill Peri Peri Chicken Steaks.

Ever since I can remember I have been making my lunch at night for the following day. When I turned 12 I started making my own school lunches with my older sister. If we were left to our own devices we probably would have packed lollies, chips and donuts every day, but much to our disappointment Mum had carefully pre-selected some healthy options for us to use. Are you filled with dread when your child comes home with endless, well it seems endless, school requests and parties that require them to dress up?
