My mother always told me “things may not look nice from the outside, but it’s what’s inside that matters”. This certainly applies to this dish. Perhaps I am not a MasterChef in my presentation skills, but throw all of the ingredients together in a pan and this messy spaghetti will taste great in your tummy.
This meal is easy and fast because angel hair spaghetti is so thin that it cooks in around 2 minutes. Try this at home and make your little angels beg for more!

It’s school holidays again. So it’s time to relive my childhood and come up with a few activities for the kids. The kids haven‘t had much spare time until now. They have been busy at the beach enjoying the great beach weather, playing with the neighbourhood kids and their cousins.

I’ve been a pasta addict ever since I was given a rolling machine for Christmas a few years back. Ravioli, tortellini, spaghettini, anytini, you name it, I’ve tried it. The main appeal of the indulgence of pasta making, is that it’s exactly like playing with play-doh. You get your hands dirty, you make a complete mess of yourself, and if you accidentally eat some along the way it’s completely safe and chemical free.
